All prices are charged in British Pounds and converted where necessary at the current exchange rate

Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a Gift Wrapping Service for some of our products - we use beautiful wrapping paper and a card onto which your short personalised message can be written onto. Perfect for sending your gift item direct to the recipient. The cost per item for this serivice is an additional £3.50.

Shipping And Handling Delivery

All gifts on this site we have in stock and are normally dispatched the same day that your order is placed. If using our Standard 1st class post we would recommend that you order in plenty of time to allow for delivery and to avoid any disapointment.

If you need your gift by a certain date we suggest you order via our Special Next Day delivery service, which is only an additional £6.99, to avoid any disapointment as we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, especially during periods of strike action. This method of delivery can be selected for a lot of our gifts. It will be stated in the information about the product whether there is a next day delivery option.

Delivery Costs & Times

Royal Mail Standard UK 1st Class Standard delivery £2.99 - delivery approx 3-5 days from receipt of order.

Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery £6.99 - delivery Next Day (Mon -Thurs) Orders must be received by 12pm for receipt the following day.

Fast Track Delivery (candles, ceramic & china items) £6.99 - guaranteed receipt 4 working days after purchasing item.

Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery £9.99 - delivery on Saturday by 1pm.

Europe Standard - £7.99 - International Recorded - delivery 5 - 10 days

Rest of World Standard - £9.99 - International Recorded - delivery 5 - 14 days

UK Dispatch Time

All items ordered are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order, apart from the Alphabet Art Gifts which have a lead time of 12 days.

Please Note - Special Delivery is only available on certain items due to some items being specially made or personalised - each product description states whether Special Delivery is available or not. Next Day UK Special Delivery is only available Monday to Thursdays and items must be ordered by 1pm. Some items we can offer a Special Saturday delivery, if this is the case it will be included in the product desciption of the item. European and Worldwide delivery prices may not be sufficient for certain items, therefore, we will contact you should this occur.

Ordering by Telephone

Credit Card Security

All debit/credit cards numbers entered online are encrypted and stored with Nochex or if you prefer you can pay via Paypal, we cannot read your debit/credit card numbers and it is totally safe to buy items online with us. Full and partial refunds are performed via Paypal or Nochex and card numbers are not visible to any of our staff.

Returns Policy

To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days after the date of receipt of goods to cancel the purchase (excluding personalised items, for example items that have been correctly engraved for you). You must contact Fab Gift Stuff by email or letter to notify your intention. Goods must be returned in the original condition and unless faulty at the customer's own expense and must get proof of return. Unless faulty the refund will be less the original postage and packing cost.

Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.
